Mr Sam Kaibane is the Administration and Planning Director. He oversees the support operations of African Communities Movement Foundation (ACMF). He is charged with planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes at ACMF.

He also ensures that there is effective information flow and that resources are employed efficiently throughout the organization.
